16 SEPTEMBER 20077.30 amText Box: Another year has passed since we last organised an outing to somewhere for a run cum food discovery trip. Throughout the year there were so many running & walking events that most of us were busy and don't have time for a relax-and-easy get-together. As usual, it is only during the fasting month that there are no public event to clash & affect partition. Text Box: Topography Gentle uphill - approximately 1,6km (up & down hill). The road is lined with overhanging trees on both sides, providing shade to the trail. Text Box: Registration Fee : RM 15/pax Each team should consist of 3 runners. You may form your own team or you may combine with other participants to make up a team. Text Box: Participants who completed the relay will be awarded with POSITION medals Text Box: For those who are not in a hurry to drive home, lets head for the famous curry fish. We will also visit  the famous Cambodian Groundnut Factory and Cha Mang Dam Waterfall. On the way back to K.L., we can also drop by at the Old Gombak road Hot Spring.
